And I don’t expect that busy people will want to try a new recipe EVERY night, so I’ve included ‘meals in minutes’ along with some easier, quicker choices in each weekly meal plan.
What if I can’t afford organic and grass fed, etc?
The recipes on this program use non-GMO, organic and naturally-raised ingredients—if they are available to you. While it may cost a bit more for these ingredients, the payoff comes in your health, and your family’s health. Eating a diet rich in whole organic foods is one of the most powerful forms of preventative medicine.

What if I want to print out the week’s meal plans and grocery list to put in a handy spot for easy viewing?
Meal plans and grocery lists are printable, so you can print out and put on your fridge or someplace where you can see it. Clink on the small printer icon next to the meal plan or grocery list and you will be able to print it.
What if I decide to cancel?

I already bought The Diabetes Defense Diet book, so why do I need to join?
The Diabetes Defense Diet book is a great starting guide to introduce you to great fat-burning foods that will get you started changing your body into a fat-burning machine. But, it doesn’t supply you with monthy meal plans and new recipes every month, to help you implement those fat-burning principles every day. The program also includes monthly access to Cat—live on FB, and gives everyone an opportunity to ask Cat questions and learn great fat-burning healthy information.
Does Cat’s Diabetes Defense Diet include calorie counts or nutritional breakdowns of food?
No. Just like we mentioned in The Fat Burning Kitchen book, there is no need to count calories when you are eating foods that are very high in nutrients, and low glycemic. Each recipe is selected because of its fat burning qualities and all recipes are very high in fat burning, healthy nutrients. Each day’s meals amount to around 1500 calories, so you can adjust up or down depending on your body size, activity level, your hunger and your weight loss goals. Your main focus should be on eating real, whole foods without processed ingredients or excess sugar that make your body store fat.
How long do I have to follow this plan to see results?
Depends on the results you seek. If you want weight loss, it may take 1-2 months to get on track with your diet, change your metabolism, and become a better fat burning machine. But you will probably see results within the first two weeks! If you are looking for general health benefits, or need to lower your blood sugar, reduce your cholesterol, this is the lifelong diet you should follow! And it is healthy and satisfying enough to feed your WHOLE family! Watch everyone’s health improve!
How do I get to my eating guides for the month? Can I access old guides?
Log in to Cat’s Fat Burning Kitchen here, using the username and password that you received via email after checkout. If you don’t know your username or have any problems logging into your account, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can help. You cannot access old meal plans–only the current month–but you can always access all the recipes on the recipe page.
How do I find the recipes for the meal plans?
When you login to your account, the current guides are available on the main page, listed by the week, along with a weekly grocery list for the meals shown. Recipes are available each meal plans, when you hover over each meal—the link will show up. You can click on the link and be taken directly to the recipe. If you’d like certain categories, like Meals in Minutes or Meatless Meals, click on the big box on the right of the meal plans in the Members Only area. For other categories, like Best breakfasts, Savory Soups, and more, click on the links down the right side. Or if you just can’t decide, you can shop for your favorite recipes by looking at photos of the recipes. When you see one you want to try, click on it!
What if I don’t like what is on my meal plan?
Just shop the other delicious recipes by looking at the photos, or go to the categories and you can find exactly what you want, when you want it!
Where are the videos?
After you login to your account, click on the “Videos” square at the right to watch exclusive content. More are being added all the time! And stay tuned on FB, for live videos!
How do I know what to purchase?
You can find a list of food to keep on hand, by following the “Fat Burning Ingredients to Keep in Your Kitchen”, on the button to the right when you log in. Then each week, you will see a grocery list of items to purchase based on the meal plans for that week.
