Ingredients
1 cup raw or roasted almond, cashew, sunflower or peanut butter
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp minced ginger
1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup oats
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
2 Tbsp honey
pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp of organic cocoa powder
2 scoops cold processed whey protein powder

Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl or food processor. Roll into balls or press into a square pan. Refrigerate for an hour or more. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
