Perfect Paleo Snack

 Perfect Paleo Snack

Trying to follow a Paleo diet? Going gluten free or grain free? Have food allergies? What is there to eat for a healthy snack?

Generally a quick snack can be a piece of fruit and a handful of raw nuts, but sometimes you’re on the go and you want something tasty and filling, but not messy or hard to fix.

Check out these Paleo People snacks! Primitive snacks made modern. These are delicious mixtures of dried fruit and yummy nuts with spices and natural flavorings. Grain free, gluten free, sugar free and free of anything artificial. Chock full of scrumptious nutrition, healthy fats, and flavor.

I had the opportunity to try all of these flavors and loved them all! There’s Apple Crisp, Banana Nut, Cappacino crunch and Cacao Nut varieties. Each variety was bursting with flavor and better than the last one. I must say, though I think the Apple Crisp was my favorite, and it did not last long at my house!

This stuff is great energy fuel for a hard workout. They are full of healthy omega 3 fats which translates to high quality energy, protein to sustain muscles, and the best kind of carbs that come from dried fruit and raisins.

Here is a sample of the ingredients from my favorite flavor, Apple Crisp: honey, almonds, pecans, walnuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, coconut oil, pumpkin seeds, dried apples, flaxseed meal, natural flavors, spices, cacao powder, mixed tocopherols (a natural antioxidant).

This is the perfect snack for kids, adults, gluten free folks, and people who just want to avoid the starchy, processed artificial snacks out there.

Paleo People Snacks are real food for real people.
