My Background–

I have formal education in physical therapy, am a A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer, and a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University  (most RN’s only have a two-year Associates degree).

I have studied health, nutrition, diet and health issues for the last thirty years and have a thorough understanding of how diet affects many health conditions.

One-on-one support is included as part of the Simple Smart Nutrition Coaching Program. Through this coaching program, you’ll have access to one-on-one support from myself  and my referral group of physicians, physical therapists, fitness and weight loss experts.

Coaching can be local or long distance. You will complete a questionnaire and we will discuss your needs at that time.

On-site coaching (including personal shopping, meal preparation, recipes and pantry cleanout) and other help is also available.
